"Bonus ini diberikan baik bagi atlet maupun pelatih dan asisten pelatihnya,” kata Menpora Imam Nahrawi.
Menpora menuturkan, seluruh bonus akan dikirim ke rekening masing-masing atlet, pelatih dan asisten pelatih.
Ia memastikan nominal yang akan diterima adalah bonus bersih tanpa potongan pajak.
Selain itu, pemerintah juga memberikan bonus kepada atlet berupa pengangkatan status sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan bonus rumah bagi setiap peraih medali.
Berikut besaran bonusnya:

1. Atlet perorangan:

- Emas Rp 1,5 miliar 
- Perak Rp 500 juta 
- Perunggu Rp 250 juta

2. Atlet beregu:

- Emas Rp 750 juta per-orang
- Perak Rp 300 juta per orang 
- Perunggu Rp 150 juta per orang
3. Pelatih perorangan/ganda:

- Emas Rp 450 juta 
- Perak Rp 150 juta 
- Perunggu Rp 75 juta
4. Pelatih beregu:

- Emas Rp 600 juta 
- Perak Rp 200 juta 
- Perunggu Rp 100 juta

5. Pelatih untuk medali kedua dan seterusnya:

- Emas Rp 225 juta 
- Perak Rp 75 juta 
- Perunggu Rp 37,5 juta
6. Asisten pelatih perorangan/ganda:

- Emas Rp 300 juta 
- Perak Rp 100 juta 
- Perunggu Rp 50 juta

7. Asisten pelatih beregu:

- Emas Rp 375 juta 
- Perak Rp 125 juta
- Perunggu Rp 62,5 juta
8. Asisten pelatih untuk medali kedua dan seterusnya:
